The Kangaroo linksters will compete against golfers from Centenary, Creighton, Houston Baptist, Missouri State, Nicholls State, Oral Roberts, Texas State, Northern Illinois, North Dakota State, Northwood, Oklahoma Christian, Oklahoma City, Texas State, and the blue and orange squads from Texas-Arlington.
The 54-hole tourney will commence with 8 a.m. shotgun starts on both event days.
Women golfers to close out season at Palmetto Intercollegiate
UMKC's women's golf team will finish up their fall schedule in Kiawah Island, S.C. Monday and Tuesday where the team will compete in the Edwin Watts/ Palmetto Intercollegiate.
The women are scheduled to play two rounds on Monday and a final round on Tuesday beginning with 7 a.m. shotgun starts.
Among the 19 team field the Kangaroos will match up against are squads from The University of Maryland, Princeton, College of Charleston, and Appalachian State.
The Kangaroos will feature freshman Kelsey Kipp and junior Sally Meiners on the par-72 Oak Point Golf Course, which is part of the prestigious Kiawah Island Golf resort.
