Sept. 29
5:30 p.m. Larceny - A person not associated with the university in the School of Education building reported a wallet, credit cards, drivers license, and debit cards missing. The incident occurred between 7 and 9 p.m. on Sept. 27.
6:02 p.m. Pursuit - UMKC police officers pursued a vehicle in the Kansas City Health Department parking lot that had a felony stop order. The suspect got away in traffic.
Sept. 30
2:30 p.m. Larceny - The University News reported that a Kodak camera was missing from the U-News building. The incident occurred between Sept. 20 and Sept. 30.
Oct. 2
8:04 a.m. Information - Officers responded to a report of a possible disturbance in the parking area North of the School of Law.
8:30 a.m. Larceny - A staff member reported Missouri license plate renewal tabs were missing from her vehicle parked in the lot North of the Bloch School. The incident occurred between 8:50 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 29.
8:40 p.m. Illness - A staff member in the University Center fell down backwards at hit his head. He was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
12:43 p.m. Warrant Arrest - Officers responded to a report of suspects attempting to steal license plate renewal tabs in the parking area located at 4747 Troost. One suspect was taken into custody for a warrant out for his arrest.
Oct. 3
10:52 a.m. Larceny - A staff member in Royall Hall reported that her Motorola cell phone was stolen. The incident occurred between 5:23 and 5:31 p.m. on Oct. 2.
4:40 p.m. Injury - A student playing basketball in Swinney Recreation Center injured his finger.
9:50 p.m. Larceny - A student parked in area 26 reported unattended personal property missing from her unlocked vehicle. Items that included an iPod, purse, tape recorder, textbooks, make-up bag, check book, and credit card went missing between Oct. 2 and Oct 3.
Oct. 4
3:35 a.m. Property damage - Officers responded to the parking area adjacent to the Spencer Chemistry Building for a report of a university vehicle with a broken window. The incident occurred between 1 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 3:30 a.m. Oct. 4.
9:40 p.m. Alcohol violation - Officers responded to the Cherry St. Residence Hall to a report of minors in possession of alcohol on University property.
Oct. 5
4:13 p.m. Fraud - A student in the Cherry St. Residence Hall reported charges being placed to his credit card without permission. The incident occurred between Oct. 2 and Oct. 4.
7:04 p.m. Injury - A student playing basketball in Swinney Recreation Center injured his ankle.
