During this time, he has been faced with important issues that have required tough decisions-something that some argue he is an expert at skating around. The chancellor's residence is not quite a residence anymore.
Located at 5106 Cherry St. right next to the location for the new Student Union, the house has been without a tenant since Chancellor Leo Morton came to UMKC in 2008.
Morton and his wife decided to stay at their residence in Leawood, Kan.
